Immediately after successful payment authorization, an automated order confirmation receipt will be sent to your provided email address. Orders enter our regular fulfillment processing window (1–3 business days) only after payment has been verified.

4. Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders authorized after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If a payment is declined, verify that your card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing ZIP code accurately match the information registered with your card issuer.
  • You may also attempt completing the transaction using an alternative accepted payment card.
  • Orders cannot be dispatched or placed into transit until full payment authorization is completed.

6. Shipping Charges & Sales Taxes

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 for orders under $49.99
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $49.99 or more

All applicable product totals, shipping fees, and local state sales taxes are itemized clearly prior to final purchase confirmation. We do not charge hidden checkout fees.
